- Do we need to book/reserve in advance?
No there is no need to reserve in advance. Walk-ins are welcome and expected. However, if you want to make sure to have the stations you want you can reserve online at https://centers.ggcircuit.com/thebank or call us at What are your Computer Specs?

- Can we bring our own Xbox or PS5 controllers?
Yes, you can bring your own peripherals!
- Can we sign into your own game account? Do you have accounts for us to use?
Yes, to both, you are more than welcome to login to your own accounts and we also have accounts for our most popular games for you to borrow.
- How do we keep your personal account safe?
Once you log out of your game session, all data from that session is deleted, and a fresh install is loaded.
- How many people can use the same membership?
Our Base and Pro memberships can only be used by the subscriber and their guest, our Family membership is for up to 4 family members and their guests.
- Why is there a sign-up fee?
The sign-up fee gets you a facility card that helps track your time and reward points, it also lets you purchase time and not use all of it and it will be ready for you next time.
- Does purchased time expire?
Game time does not expire as long as it’s on your facility card. Facility day passes and PC day passes expire at the end of the day purchased on.
- Can you have a party here?
Yes, we do our parties by stations and not people. After 4 stations rented, we offer a 25% off rate for parties.

- Do you have food and drink? or can we bring our own?
Yes, we currently have snacks and drinks, an assortment of chips and candy with a selection of soda, beer, and water. As of right now you are not able to bring your own drink, but you can bring your own hot food if you want. Once we have hot food, this will change.
- Can we buy gift cards?
Yes, you can buy a gift card for any product we sell. We also do custom gift cards, just let us know what you are looking for.
