Monday-Thursday: 9 AM - 9 PM, Friday: 9 AM - 11 PM, Saturday: 10 AM - 11 PM, Sunday: 10 AM - 10 PM. Closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day.

Do we need to book/reserve in advance?

No reservation needed. Walk-ins are welcome! However, you can reserve online at https://centers.ggcircuit.com/thebank to guarantee your preferred stations.

Can we sign into your own game account?

Yes, you can login to your own accounts. We also have accounts for popular games available to borrow.

How do you keep personal accounts safe?

Once you log out, all session data is deleted and a fresh install is loaded.

How many people can use the same membership?

Base and Pro memberships are for the subscriber and their guest. Family membership covers up to 4 family members and their guests.

Why is there a sign-up fee?

The sign-up fee gets you a facility card that tracks your time and reward points, allowing you to purchase time and save it for later visits.

Does purchased time expire?

Game time on your facility card does not expire. Facility day passes and PC day passes expire at the end of the day purchased.

Yes! Parties are priced by stations. After 4 stations rented, we offer a 25% off rate. Contact us for more information.
